This Townhouse has it all… great location in Ahwatukee Pointe at the foot of South Mountain hiking trails and only 10 minutes from the airport. It has high-end appliances in the well-stocked kitchen and quality furnishings throughout. The unit is tastefully decorated and has nice views from the living room and the upper deck off the master bedroom. The patio is private, shady, has beautiful flowering shrubs, and a new gas grill.

What a wonderful snowbird experience. We just spent a glorious three months in Ahwatukee Arizona. The condo is certainly located close to everything (golf courses, South Mountain, shopping, wonderful restaurants). There was nothing lacking at the condo. Extremely comfortable and well stocked for all your needs. We could not have been treated better!

Perfect In Every Respect! I’ve stayed here a few times now and every holiday just gets better. I’m a hiker and the South Mountain trail system is literally steps away. The townhouse is tastefully done and everything has been thought of regarding amenities. The patio is sunny, the community is friendly, and the atmosphere is calm. This townhouse option is certainly a best bet!
