I am a Professor Emeritus of Psychology at Arizona State University, where I taught for 35 years. I have lived in the Phoenix area since the mid-1970s and my wife and I have lived in Ahwatukee for almost 40 years. Our home is within 5 miles of the fully-furnished properties we rent. Because of our close proximity to them, we are personally involved in managing them. We take great pride in our meticulously kept units and are especially proud of the recent renovations we completed on them. All of the rooms were upgraded and furnished in a sleek, modern style.

We have been very fortunate that we have wonderful renters that come back year after year. Our niece, Kaylee, advertises for us and is the first point of contact for new inquiries about our properties.
